1. FC Magdeburg has made the next deal perfect: Pierre Nadjombe extends his contract with the club. The 23-year-old winger was loaned out to third-tier Alemannia Aachen in the past season. After a successful season with two goals and six assists, the FCM has now equipped the former Cologne youth player with a new second-tier contract. Nadjombe wants to get started at FCM now. The national player from Togo said: „The time in Aachen has helped me enormously to develop myself athletically and personally.“ Sports director Peer Jaekel expressed his satisfaction: „Pierre's loan to Alemannia Aachen has worked optimally. He was able to collect important playing minutes at a high level and has developed impressively.“ Nadjombe has rejected offers from Aachen and Schalke. His contract now runs until 2025. The FCM has thus secured an important player for the future. Nadjombe will now play on the outside positions for the FCM. His dynamism and power will enrich the FCM's game.
