1. FC Magdeburg is reportedly interested in signing Noah Pesch. The 21-year-old Croatian played 19 times for the Magdeburgers last season. Pesch came from the youth of Bayer 04 Leverkusen and moved to the second team of the Foals. After a season, he was promoted to the first team and made his debut for the Bundesliga team in March 2025. After his final promotion from the second team, it did not take long for Pesch to be loaned to Magdeburg to get used to the professional football in the men's department and gain playing experience. In the last season, the Croatian U21 international played a total of 19 times for the Magdeburgers in the 2. Bundesliga, but had to be satisfied with only six starting appearances. In 22 games for the first team, Pesch scored three goals and one assist. One of his goals was scored by the 21-year-old in the DFB-Pokal victory in the second round against FV Illertissen. What will happen with Pesch in the coming days and months is still to be seen. Pesch still has a contract with Gladbach until 2027, but a transfer is not ruled out if the Borussia decides to part with the Croatian.
